How do I book a course?
You can book directly through the forms on our homepage or services page. Select your preferred course and provide your contact details. We will confirm availability and send joining instructions within 48 hours.
Are courses available outside York?
Our regular courses are held in York. For groups of eight or more, we can arrange sessions in surrounding areas within North Yorkshire. Contact us to discuss options.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand plans change. Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule without charge.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. Some participants prefer individual attention, particularly for home security assessments or when dealing with specific concerns. Private session rates are available on request.
Can family members attend?
Absolutely. We encourage it. Many participants bring an adult child or trusted friend who can reinforce the training afterward.
Urgent concerns: If you believe you are currently being targeted by fraud or have already provided sensitive information to a suspected scammer, contact your bank immediately and report the incident to Action Fraud at 0300 123 2040.
Our courses are educational and preventative. For active fraud situations, immediate reporting to authorities takes priority.
